Todd Hixon joined the firm in 1976. He was a senior partner and managing director in BCG’s Boston office. While at BCG, Hixon served businesses in the internet and e-commerce, computer, IT, software, electronics, telecom, chemical, and oil industries.

Before joining the firm, Hixon was an assistant to the Comptroller of the U.S. Department of Defense, where his work focused on monitoring major weapon systems programs and procurement policy.

Hixon earned a BA summa cum laude in physics from Princeton University, where he was Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and has held security clearances up to the Top Secret level.
